The service was excellent beyond my expectations. I decided to order two suits online. Everything seemed quite challenging at first, but thanks to Ms. Thuy’s experience and dedicated guidance, I was able to get my husband’s accurate measurements. From placing the order to receiving the suits took only 7 days. The price was reasonable, and the fabric quality was very good. I had a top tailored here and the craftsmanship was excellent. The tailor did a fantastic job replicating a top I brought in, and the construction and attention to detail were exactly what I wanted. When choosing fabric, I was shown a material that I really liked and was told it was silk, which is why the price was slightly higher. I agreed and went ahead with the garment. Later, I tested a strand of the fabric using a burn test and discovered it behaved like a synthetic fibre rather than silk. Silk is a protein fibre and should smell like burnt hair when burned, whereas this fabric beaded and like melting plastic. I contacted the owner, who said they were unaware that the fabric was not silk but had sold it as such. They kindly refunded a portion of the cost. Unfortunately, when I tried wearing the top, it was quite uncomfortable as the fabric didn’t breathe well and I found myself sweating underneath it. The tailoring itself was very well done, but my advice to anyone purchasing fabric for custom garments is to double check the fibre content before committing. If it’s important to you, doing a quick strand burn test can help confirm what the fabric actually is.

Wir haben uns als ganze Familie mehrere Kleidungsstücke anfertigen lassen – von kurzen und langen Hosen über Sakkos, Westen, Oberteile, Kissenbezügen bis hin zu Kleidern. Sogar meine Aufnäher haben sie mir kostenlos als Service auf meinen Rucksack genäht. Die Schneiderei hat sich viel Zeit genommen, um all unsere Wünsche umzusetzen. Es gab mehrere Anproben, und alles wurde so lange angepasst, bis es wirklich perfekt gepasst hat. Außerdem wurde uns bei jedem Aufenthalt ein Wasser gereicht. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der Qualität und dem Service. Vielen Dank für die tolle Arbeit! Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
